How It All Started
I didn't start as a business coach. I started as an entrepreneur in the trenches.
For years, I was building businesses, raising capital, managing teams, and navigating all the chaos that every business owner knows too well. I experienced the firefighting firsthand, the sleepless nights, the constant pressure, the fear of losing control, and the struggle to scale.
I built multiple ventures. I raised funds. I built teams from scratch. I learned what works and what doesn't not from books or theory, but from real, hands-on experience in the battlefield of business.
From Employee Mindset to Entrepreneurial Vision
After quitting my job, I entered an explorer phase traveling, observing people, studying businesses, and learning how the real world works. But exploration comes with pressure, especially in a middle-class household.
“Go to work. Earn money. Support your parents.”
I heard it all.
But I didn’t want just income.
I wanted freedom.
That’s when I made a bold decision to never be controlled by financial pressure again. I fixed a number in my mind: ₹100 Crores. Not for luxury, but for independence. That thought became the seed of my entrepreneurial journey.
Discovering Startups & the Power of Legacy
As India’s startup ecosystem began booming, I immersed myself in learning how companies are built, scaled, and exited. I cut off distractions and focused on one goal — building something meaningful.
Then came a defining moment during the COVID lockdown.
One day, my father returned home with 100% ROI at a time when the entire world was struggling. Curious, I asked him how he did it.
What followed was not a normal conversation — it was a masterclass in business.
My father explained the real game of ROI in the grocery market:
how profit isn’t made by working harder — it’s made by buying right and selling right.
He broke down the fundamentals:

When to buy in bulk and when to stay liquid

Founder Journey : Failures, Scale & a 30× Exit
I built a grocery buying and selling company from the ground up.
Scaled it into e-commerce, then into physical retail.
At peak, we operated five supermarkets across South Tamil Nadu, where 50 percent of stock sold out on opening day proof of strong sales and marketing execution.
Success wasn’t smooth.
Operational challenges hit my reputation hard. I faced a choice quit or evolve.
I chose evolution.
That decision led to a 30× successful exit and transformed me as a founder.
The Turning Point: Becoming a Builder of Builders
One of my key investors, a man who created over 100 millionaires, told me something I will never forget:
“You are not just a founder. You are a startup builder. Do this full-time.”
That was my wake-up call.
I realized my real strength wasn’t just running companies It was analyzing, structuring, scaling, and exiting businesses strategically.

Research-based supply chains serving OLA Electric and Indian defense-linked companies

Each venture sharpened my understanding of systems, scale, and sustainability.
